Aperian Global is an international consulting, training, and web tools firm. In 2007, I was in charge of helping out to develop their project look and feel prototype. This project is called "Virtual Team Performence" which is an interative training tool for Indian and United State team work. Through this training program it lead you to learn how to cross cultrures difference but also point out the what is the different in between India and US's custom. No matter in social relationship or internal relationship, it can be a very useful tool to train your employee to have a better working solution and be more efficent as well.
During the design process, I coporated with their art director and try to communicate how to direct the theme color and design issues besides technical capability. And they choose the blue business as the core to develop their next step.
